    ABOUT US

We visited friends in 2003 and fell in love with the area. Newfound is one of the cleanest lakes in the world, and the fourth largest lake in New Hampshire. Pure, clean water, amazing views, state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails and the joys of Nature's Playground make visiting Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat a time away from the crush of modern life but with all the comforts of home. For more information about the Newfound Lake region visit NewFoundLake.org/.

Proprietor, CEO, Marketing & Customer Service Manager
    Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat

Sheila is dedicated to the Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat’s mission to create a serene, comfortable experience where guests are pampered and appreciated. As chief cook and gardener, she enjoys matching guests with their favorite meals, constantly developing “healthy decadence” recipes, and preparing in advance for their stay at Coppertoppe. She has mastered her skills as a wedding planner and justice of the peace, using her finely cultivated relationships with vendors near and far to produce memorable nuptials.

Sheila was a Marketing and Client Relations Manager for a wealth counseling firm prior to managing and overseeing Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat. Her expertise was helping clients find their life purposes, developing mission statements, refining their goals, and making sense of their financial expectations. At Coppertoppe, Sheila is motivated by listening to and sharing with guests, using her vast experience and expertise to plan and support guests based on their needs and comfort levels.
