    The Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce includes 21 towns across 5 regions. The home of the Central NH Chamber of Commerce is in the Exit 28 Welcome Center and Chamber Business Office. Welcoming over 40,000 visitors per year at this location, the Chamber also manages a seasonal kiosk at Newfound Lake, a year around information display at Newfound Grocery, and over 24 other brochure displays around the region.

    We feature in-theater dining and beverage service for most shows and events. Simply book your seats at one of our premium tables* and secure a reservation time either online or by calling our box office. Our menu changes seasonally and all premium table seats are provided with food and beverage service. Generally dinner starts when doors open 6:00 PM. Please arrive at your scheduled reservation time so that we can afford a high level of service to all of our dining guests, and so that you can be served before the show begins. Beverage service continues through most of the performance.

    Our Plymouth State Skating Academy Learn to skate class did such a wonderful job, showing off all their hard work and talent. As well as, the Academy’s freestyle skaters. Thank you to our guest soloists from Skating Club at Dartmouth. Such a great turn out and spectacular show. Looking forward to our summer and fall sessions, hope to see you there!
  6. Wellington State Park

    Wellington State Park boasts the largest freshwater swimming beach in the New Hampshire State Park system. Hiking trails and picnic areas along the shore afford views of one of the deepest and clearest lakes in the state. The park maintains volleyball and horseshoe courts. The Snack Bar offers a variety of snacks, ice cream, cold drinks, beach and picnic items, and souvenirs.
  7. Sculptured Rocks State Park

    Sculptured Rocks Natural Area, which spans 272 acres, is a unique example of nature's powerful yet delicate artistry. The Cockermouth River carved a narrow canyon in bedrock on its way to Newfound Lake, beginning as the last ice age drew to a close. Nature used grains of sand suspended in the current to carve the walls of the canyon into curious shapes and create potholes in the bedrock.

    Since the Silver Center opened its doors in 1992, our mission has remained the same: to engage, educate, serve and support the students of Plymouth State University in the study, performance and appreciation of the performing arts. As the major cultural arts center in central New Hampshire, the Silver Center also serves as an arts presenter in order to provide a rich, rewarding cultural experience for students, faculty, staff and the public at large presenting guest artists whose work reflects the best in American and world cultures. We invite the community to join us for performances by students and faculty as well as professional guest artists, for readings in the Eagle Pond Authors’ Series, the Sidore Lecture Series, and all of the many wonderful cultural experiences we have to offer.

    Located on the beautiful northern shore of Newfound Lake, the Newfound Audubon Center is comprised of three wildlife sanctuaries, the Paradise Point Nature Center, Ash Cottage at Hebron Marsh Sanctuary and the Bear Mountain Sanctuary. During the summer months, the Nature Center offers many programs for all ages, several interactive exhibits, live animal displays, and canoe and kayak rentals. With sanctuary trails open all year, there is always something to do.

  12. Pemigewasset Valley Fish & Game Club

    The Pemigewasset Valley Fish & Game Club of Holderness, NH is a non-profit organization that boasts a proud history which began in 1941 and continues through to the present. Due to the persistent efforts of Rosco Whitcomb a meeting was held in March 1941 at the Firemen's Hall in Ashland, NH for the purpose of organizing a fish and game club in the local area. Many sportsmen were in attendance at the meeting which concluded with a committee being elected to draw up a set of by-laws. On May 1, 1941 the by-laws were presented and following several proposals the Club was named and the organization became active.

    International Mountain Equipment was founded in 1974 by Frank Simon, Bill Aughton and Paul Ross. In August 1979 Rick purchased I.M.E. from its founders. Since that time I.M.E. has become a legend, and the number one outdoor shop for serious hikers, climbers and skiers in Northern New England. Rick's passion for climbing and his love for big mountains has led him all corners of the globe, including leading his team on the successful 1991 climb of Mount Everest, the first New Englanders to do so. He has led or participated in 38 expeditions world wide with 19 expeditions to the Himalayas.
