New and Exciting!
- THE HOT TUB IS HERE AND HOT!!! Guests love soaking in steamy comfort while watching the lake or stars and dashing through the snow to cool off.
- The Gift Shop is open. Coppertoppe mugs and tea lids, cotton throws with original art from the Newfound area, genuine New Hampshire maple syrup and more are available as well as our own gift certificates and certificates from BedandBreakfast.com. High-end water purification systems and other great amenities can be ordered online.
- We are now open for weddings! Ask for our wedding planning worksheet.
- A wedding arbor has been built on the lawn near the pond. Stay tuned for a love-seat swing to be added soon.
- The balcony has been faced with lattice that dresses up the house and makes a nice, dappled shade (and a place for morning glories to climb).
- Landscaping is being updated and gardens expanded even as we write.

- The Turquoise Room now has its own ultra-modern bathroom, featuring a wall-length mirror and a large walk-in shower with multiple heads!
- The entry is now an enclosed porch.
- The Carnelian Room has been combined with the Den to form the Jade Suite! A ground floor bedroom with attached bath, and a second room that can be included for larger groups. Marble bath includes whirlpool tub and two shower heads. A King bed and versatile Day Bed have been added, plus new amenities.
