Our guest room packages all include full breakfasts and treats. Extra beds or cots may be added for $35 per adult or youth over 12. Pets are welcome with a $15 per animal per night cleaning charge. Guests are liable for any extra cleaning that is needed. |

All our spacious guest rooms have marvelous views of Newfound Lake and the surrounding mountains, gleaming mahogany floors, ten-foot ceilings, Italian marble or tile bathrooms and interesting art. Yes, we do have air conditioning (AC). We also have wired Ethernet and WiFi, Digital Cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone and office equipment. Each room or suite has a fridge, and a towel warmer, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, lotions (scented and unscented), robes (tell us your sizes), slippers, tissues, cotton swabs, make-up wipes, and almost anything else guests might need. An iron and board, are available on request. We have beach towels and flip-flops for using the hot tub, baskets by the door with insect repellant, sun screen, aloe lotion (and a real aloe plant), and more. The décor of each room is unique, with comfortable beds, luxury linens, warmed towels, comfortable reading chairs with good light, and a desk with broadband Internet port and wireless network and a telephone outlet. We are continually updating and improving our property and amenities, and are proud to feature fluffy down pillows from DownLite, a high-end provider of down pillows and comforters, to our "pillow library." For guests with feather allergies, we have fiber fill or foam alternatives. Guest rooms are named after gemstones prized for their colors and are designed for your comfort and convenience. People say we thought of everything, but we say our guests share their ideas and preferences, and we listen! If it is within our budget, we'll do it.
