Deposits A deposit of 25% is required in order to hold your reservation.

Cancellation A 14-day notice of change of reservation dates or cancellation is required for a refund of deposit, less a $35.00 processing fee. For cancellations with less than 14 days notice, deposit will be forfeit, unless the room is subsequently rebooked for all nights of the original reservation. Late cancellations (within 72 hours of scheduled arrival) or "no-shows" will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Alcoholic Beverages We do not have a liquor license, but guests are welcome to bring their own. We provide refrigeration and set-up as well as complimentary ice, soft drinks, water, juices, hot drinks and snacks.

Safety and Security Coppertoppe is a mountain and lakes retreat. Guests should take care to bring appropriate clothing and accessories, such as sunscreen, insect repellent and allergy medications if needed. The doors are locked at 11:00 PM, so guests who wish to return later at night should make arrangements with the hosts. Average emergency response time in Hebron is six minutes. Plymouth Hospital is fifteen minutes away. If you have a medical condition or special need, please inform us in advance so we can be prepared for you.

Environmental Protection Coppertoppe staff follows local recycling and water protection guidelines. We are also considerate of our neighbors and local wildlife. Please consult with us about any materials you bring to the area that may need special disposal. Our amenities are non-toxic and biodegradable. Newfound Lake is one of the ten cleanest lakes in the world and the community works hard to keep it that way. Please note that any boats to be launched on Newfound Lake are inspected for invasive weeds by the Newfound Lake Region Association (NLRA). We are members of the Sustainable Lodging Program, Aspiring Environmental Heroes, and NLRA as well as professional and business associations.

AMENITIES Yes, we do have air conditioning (AC). We also have wired Ethernet and WiFi, Digital Cable TV, DVD/VCR, telephone and office equipment. Each room or suite has a fridge, and a towel warmer, hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap, lotions (scented and unscented), robes (tell us your sizes), slippers, tissues, cotton swabs, make-up wipes, and almost anything else guests might need. An iron and board, are available on request. We have beach towels and flip-flops for using the hot tub, baskets by the door with insect repellant, sun screen, aloe lotion (and a real aloe plant), and more.

The décor of each room is unique, with comfortable beds, luxury linens, warmed towels, comfortable reading chairs with good light, and a desk with broadband Internet port and wireless network and a telephone outlet.

We are continually updating and improving our property and amenities, and are proud to feature fluffy down pillows from DownLite, a high-end provider of down pillows and comforters, to our "pillow library." For guests with feather allergies, we have fiber fill or foam alternatives
