Booking and cancellation policies effective June 16, 2014

Booking Confirmation Terms and Conditions for One or Two Rooms:
• Rooms and suites are double occupancy unless otherwise arranged.
• An additional adult/youth 12 or older in room is $35 per night.
• Children under 12 are free unless a cot or crib is added for a one-time $15 fee.
• Pets are welcome at $15 per animal, per night (waived for certified service animals).
• A per-room deposit of 25% by cash, credit card, or check holds the reservation.
• The balance due will be charged to the credit card on file one week before Arrival Date.
• A 10% per-room, per-night fee will be charged for cancellation up to 14 days before Arrival Date.
• The 25% deposit is forfeit for cancellation 13 days to 5 days before scheduled Arrival Date.
• All charges are forfeit for cancellation 5 days or fewer before Arrival Date.
• Check-In is 4:00 to 9:00 PM on Arrival Date, unless otherwise arranged.
• Check-Out is by 11:00 AM of Departure Date unless otherwise arranged.
• Guests may use recreational areas at their own risk. No lifeguard or child care is provided.
• Guests are liable for any damage or loss of Coppertoppe property, or extra cleaning needed.
• Coppertoppe is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoke detected will trigger a $125 cleaning fee.

Whole-House Booking Confirmation Terms and Conditions
• Rooms and suites are double occupancy unless otherwise arranged.

• Pets are welcome with a $15 per-night per-pet fee (waived for certified service animals).
• Full breakfast and snacks are included. Additional meals and beverages may be arranged.
• A non-refundable deposit of 25% by cash, credit card, or check holds the reservation.
• Half the balance is due 60 days before scheduled Arrival Date and is non-refundable.
• The final balance is due 30 days before Arrival Date and is non-refundable.
• The date may be changed up to 30 days before scheduled arrival; subject to availability.
• Cancellation at any time will result in forfeit of all deposits or balance paid to date.
• Check-In is 4:00 to 9:00 PM on Arrival Date unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• Check-Out is by 11:00 AM of Departure Date unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• Guests may use recreational areas at their own risk. No lifeguard or child care are provided.
• Guests are liable for any damage or loss of Coppertoppe property, or extra cleaning needed.

Group/Retreat/Wedding Whole-House Booking Confirmation Terms and Conditions
• Whole-house Group reservations are priced per-person, per-night at a negotiated rate.
• Rooms sleep up to 3 adults; suites sleep up to 6 adults. Capacity depends on beds shared.
• Bed types include king, queen, double, twin and cots. Two travel cribs are available.
• For groups, meals are negotiated with the price. Catering or bringing in food can be arranged.
• A 25% non-refundable deposit for attendees and services holds the house.
• Payments may be made by cash, credit card, or check (payable to Coppertoppe Inn).
• Half the balance is due 60 days before scheduled Check-In and is non-refundable.
• The final balance is due 30 days before Check-In and is non-refundable.
• Additional guests may be added up to Arrival Date but no refunds will be paid for withdrawals.
• The date may be changed up to 30 days before scheduled arrival date; subject to availability.
• Cancellation at any time will result in forfeit of all deposits or balance paid to date.
• Check-In is 4:00 to 9:00 PM on Arrival Date, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
• Check-Out is by 11:00 AM of Departure Date unless otherwise arranged in advance.
