Many people who ski, ride and work at Cannon have a deep connection to the mountain, love Cannon and find that the mountain is part of who they are. Discover a value that goes beyond the low price at Cannon Mountain. Set just off I-93 in spectacularly scenic Franconia Notch State Park, Cannon offers the right experience for your entire family. Beginners, you'll enjoy learning to ski and ride in your own space, exploring the Tuckerbrook Family Area. Separated from the rest of the Mountain, Tuckerbrook includes 13 trails and glades geared specifically to beginners and low intermediate skiers and riders. Just want to carve the greens and blues? Over half of Cannon is yours. Consider yourself an expert? Challenge your nerves by dropping into newly-opened Mittersill-the only lift-assisted backcountry in the East. Mittersill adds 187 acres to the Mountain total, 86 of which are skiable. Our most visible change this year is the expansion of the Notchview and Peabody base lodges. The 9,000 sq. ft. addition nearly doubles the size of the pub, base lodge and family area. With so much mountain, you'll spend more time making turns at the area SKI Magazine readers voted the "#1 Value in the East."
